time, I'm sure this will be a complete surprise for the vast majority of you,
the 504 fans!! Even for me, this was a real bomb when I first heard about this
car... I first thought it was a joke!
But no!! This is just real!! I can
now prove you that the 504 is a real myth, and even a MYSTICAL car!! After long
researches, I'm proud to present you the unbelivable :THE 504 POPEMOBILE!!
Designed for the visit of Pope Jean-Paul II in Lyon in 1981, this 504 popemobile
was created from a 504 pick-up.
Quite some modificationes, made in record time, according to what I read...
The carpet seems to be reaaaally confortable, unlike the seat... And the protection
of the Pope doesn't seem so secure compared to the current Popemobiles!
I believe that this Popemobile hasn't been used in the end, but if any of you
has some information about it, well, please tell me!! Cause having a photo of
a 504 with the Pope, that would just be the best!
